Job Details

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Source and screen CVs through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Prepare interview sheets and recruitment documentation
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in conducting initial HR interviews.
  • Prepare job offers and support offer rollout process
  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements (documents, medical checks if needed)
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities
