Job Details

1. Candidate Communication: Contact candidates via phone or email to schedule interviews. Provide clear and concise information about the interview process, location, date, and time. Answer candidates' questions and address any concerns they may have.

2. Scheduling Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to find mutually suitable interview time slots. Ensure that all parties involved are available and informed about the interview schedule.

3. Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Administer assessments or tests as necessary.

4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure that interview logistics are arranged, interview panels are prepared, and interview assessments or tools are available as needed.

5. ATS Data Entry: Accurately record all candidate information, interview schedules, and communication details in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Enter data in a timely manner to ensure the ATS is up to date and serves as a reliable source of candidate information.

6. Candidate Documentation: Collect and organize candidate resumes, cover letters, and other relevant documents. Upload and attach these documents to the candidate profiles in the ATS for easy access and reference.
