Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled and a self independent HR Business Partner (End to End) with strong experience in the retail industry. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders while managing core HR functions, including recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an HR Business Partner to department managers and retail leadership.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Actively headhunt qualified candidates for key positions, especially within retail operations.
- Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs and support workforce planning.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all required onboarding and personnel documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and employee records.
- Support employee relations and address personnel issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers on people-related matters.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
