Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product management and development teams to understand product requirements and provide quality-driven feedback.
• Define, create, and maintain test strategies and test plans covering both manual and automated testing for new features and products.
• Execute manual test cases including functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing to ensure product quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
• Convert manual test cases into maintainable automation scripts using Selenium (Java), Playwright, and Appium.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze results.
• Perform API and integration testing and validate end-to-end workflows.
• Integrate automation execution with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
• Track, report, and follow up on defects until closure.
• Collaborate with customer support and deployment teams by providing testing insights, product knowledge, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent QA experience (4+ years).
• 3–5 years of experience in manual testing (functional, regression, integration).
• 3–5 years of experience in developing, maintaining, and executing test strategies and test plans.
• 3–5 years of experience in creating and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver (Java).
• Experience with Playwright and Appium.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• 3–5 years of experience in API and integration testing.
• Working knowledge of Cypress (JavaScript).
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber) is a plus.
