We are looking for a driven and capable Talent Acquisition Team Leader to support us with the development of sourcing and finding the best calibers to achieve organizational goals. 


You will play an integral role in mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with candidates, and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating offers.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the HR leadership to understand business goals and support talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and support workforce planning priorities.
  • Provide regular updates to the HR Director on hiring progress, sourcing challenges, and market insights.
  • Support talent management discussions by contributing insights on hiring needs and future talent gaps.
  • Execute talent acquisition plans aligned with departmental hiring goals.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters and talent specialists to ensure hiring targets are met.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires in coordination with HR and operations teams.
  • Set clear priorities, daily tasks, and performance expectations for the recruitment team.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring activities to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline status, etc.)
  • Improve hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document processes and foster good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, including leadership or team supervision experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Proficient in using company systems and databases to identify and reach potential candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing channels (social media, CV databases, professional networks).
  • Ability to document processes and stay updated with recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Previous experience working with an applicant tracking system. 

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Any professional credentials, such as HR Certification Institute or relevant. 
  • Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics.
