With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.</p>About the role<p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span lang="EN-GB">The Senior Cluster Manager role is a unique mixture of technical, business, and financial responsibilities operating in an AGILE environment driven by empowerment, autonomy, experimentation, transparency, cooperation, adaptation, and flexibility.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" ><span data-teams="true">In your capacity as cluster Manager you will be accountable for the delivery of the Cluster strategy – including end to end execution of initiatives triggered for optimization, organic growth and scalability of the global enterprise network. With stellar program management skills, your orchestration shall be as efficient as possible to align the direction of the cluster with the overall GEN strategy for maximum benefit to OBS and its customers. You will have a can-do attitude, strong quality orientation, and cost awareness – all initiatives supported are of an international scope and require a very high level of efficiency, cultural awareness and solid knowledge of networking technologies.</span></p><span data-teams="true">This role requires in depth data analysis, stakeholder management, direction, coordination and evaluation of projects and reporting.</span></p><span data-teams="true"><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams="true">Manage and own program/projects to improve the global cost to revenue ratio in line with the target set for the group</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Implement, track, and report on transversal Business Improvement Initiatives – Consult internally and help transform business problems into solutions</span></li></ul><span data-teams="true"><strong>Knowledge & Abilities – This is a multi-dimensional role:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span data-teams="true"><strong>Financial</strong></span><span data-teams="true">:</span><ul><li><span data-teams="true">Drive business improvement initiatives to achieve 100m€ p.a. budget ambitions & contribute to achievement of cost to revenue ratio targets</span></li></ul></li><li><span data-teams="true"><strong>Leadership:</strong></span><ul><li><span data-teams="true">Provide ongoing, strategic, technical and supportive guidance to the Project Management team</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Manage/develop relationships with other GEN teams and multiple virtual teams (GPOs, Program Teams, Sourcing, OGSB…)</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Report clear & concise on financial & operational project performance at Senior management level</span></li></ul></li><li><span data-teams="true"><strong>Business Management:</strong></span><ul><li><span data-teams="true">Act as an internal consultant on multiple enterprise network related initiatives</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Manage 3</span><i><span data-teams="true">rd</span></i><span data-teams="true"> party vendors and lively interaction with internal/external stakeholders to orchestrate delivery of strategic regional initiatives</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Coordinate & drive the technological transformation of the data/voice networks from legacy to modern technology platforms</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Maintain overall control of managed projects, priorities, financial performance, and utilization of digital tools</span><span ><span Times New Roman";" lang="EN-GB"><o:p></o:p></span></span></li></ul></li></ul></p></p>About you<p><ul><li><span data-teams="true"><strong>University Degree in a specialization or Telecommunications, Business and/or Engineering</strong></span></li><li><span data-teams="true"><strong>Strong technical and business acumen/skills </strong>particularly telecom platforms & industry knowledge</span></li><li><span data-teams="true"><strong>Language skills:</strong></span><ul><li><span data-teams="true"><strong>Fluent English required, both spoken and written</strong></span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Fluent French is a desirable (not mandatory)</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Fluent Arabic is a bonus (not mandatory)</span></li></ul></li><li><span data-teams="true"><strong>Software Skills:</strong></span><ul><li><span data-teams="true"><strong>Strong computer literacy & proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</strong></span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Basic scripting/data manipulation/BI skills are desirable (not mandatory)</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies are desirable</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Coding experience in Big Data environment (e.g. Python) are desirable (not mandatory)</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Power BI knowledge highly desirable</span></li></ul></li></ul><span data-teams="true"><strong>Essential skills</strong> and knowledge</span></p><ul><li><span data-teams="true">Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Telecom Industry experience highly advantageous</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Very agile with data crunching and analysis, business case building as well as budgeting, forecasting and working with financial data</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Stellar communication skills, flexible, agile, adaptable with a can-do attitude, and willingness to learn/explore/develop new skills</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Ability to operate with autonomy and in a virtual team environment</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level</span></li><li><span data-teams="true">Understanding of Orange Business Services products and/or circuit provisioning tools (e.g. SESAM, OPAS, GINI, and FILEADE) is a plus</span></li></ul></p></p>
