Job Description:
• Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and detailed cost estimates.
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and review contractors’ and subcontractors’ invoices and interim payment certificates.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Participate in tendering, pricing, and variation orders.
• Prepare technical reports and support project planning and control activities.
