Covering and supervising the operation in all Etisalat core sites and data centre. Repeated visits 24/7 to follow the operation for all domains with urgent corrective maintenance needed actions. Visits for all sites to judge and follow the quality of preventive maintenance actions done by MS teams. Following and auditing battery test actions in sites done by managed service teams. Managing suppliers and agents visits for any site regarding the renovation, installation new domains, expansion actions. Attending maintenance actions done from vendors for EM domains for core sites and data center. Follow up work progress in installation phase for new core sites & BSC sites. Doing acceptance visits for all new expansions, new locations sites. Leading & strengthening the capabilities of the electromechanical teams in sites with revising teams SOPs by auditing and interviewing teams in sites. Auditing MS teams’ performance and attendance in sites. Meeting with MS in sites for monthly tasks. Performs studies of failed electrical equipment and makes recommendations to prevent similar failures in core sites through visits. Prepare progress and audit reports to the management through my visits. Review the supply stocks in WH and in sites provided from Etisalat suppliers. Directs and checks quality control and quality assurance E&M activities to ensure compliance with specifications and approved engineering standards and prepares technical reports in this regard as necessary. Calculates capacity of electrical wiring, switches, and over current protection to comply with pertinent code requirements and standards. Revision design, renovation and new locations installations with planning team. |
