  • Monitor sales performance and provide corrective action plans.
  • Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth product operations.
  • Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and legal requirements in all promotional activities.
  • Analyze sales data, market share, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management.
