Job Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce CRM platform for a real estate business. The role focuses on supporting sales agents, brokers, and management teams by ensuring smooth CRM operations, accurate data, and efficient sales processes. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer Salesforce CRM for real estate sales and leasing operations Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, dashboards, and reports to match real estate processes Support sales agents and internal teams with day-to-day CRM usage and troubleshooting Configure pipelines for leads, prospects, properties, deals, and commissions Ensure CRM data accuracy, user adoption, and best practices Integrate Salesforce with real estate platforms, marketing tools, or community portals (if applicable) Train users (sales teams, admins, managers) on Salesforce features and updates Act as the main point of contact between business users and technical teams Continuously improve CRM performance to support sales growth and customer experience Required Skills & Experience2–3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Consultant or CRM Specialist Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and administration Experience in real estate CRM environments (sales, leasing, property management is a big plus) Understanding of sales cycles, lead management, and customer journeys Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions Experience with reports, dashboards, and data analysis Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
