About the Role Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. Ensure all electrical systems comply with Egyptian MOH regulations, WHO standards, and c GMP requirements. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records in accordance with company policies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new equipment installations, upgrades, and facility expansions. Ensure all electrical systems comply with Egyptian MOH regulations, WHO standards, and c GMP requirements. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records in accordance with company policies. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized electrical projects and repairs. Participate in audits and inspections, providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance energy efficiency, safety, and operational reliability.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field2-4 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Qualifications Demonstrated experience in the use of PLC systems and classic control systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical skills to determine the problems, causes and providerecommendationsn. Demonstrated experience in the understanding and dealing with pharmaceutical equipment (production and utilities equipment).
