What you will learn Fundamentals of sales and phone-based selling techniques. Professional call handling, tone of voice, and communication skills. Cold calling and warm lead handling techniques. Lead qualification and customer needs analysis. Objection handling and basic closing techniques.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Strong communication skills and willingness to learn. Ambitious, confident, and target-oriented mindset.5th settlement or nearby residences are preferred.
