Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Developer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building relationships with clients to drive business growth. The role includes developing and implementing strategies to enhance market presence, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to achieve the company's business development objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.4–6 years of proven business development experience, preferably within Facility Management, Real Estate Services, Construction, or Integrated Services. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment. Existing network and relationships within the FM, real estate, or related industries in Egypt. Experience in tender management, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Knowledge of FM service lines (hard & soft services, MEP, projects, sustainability) is highly advantageous. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Excellent command of English and Arabic.
