Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in the Riyadh Region for a Telesales Team Leader. The candidate will lead, motivate, and manage a telesales team to achieve its sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring team performance, providing training and guidance, setting sales goals, and ensuring excellent communication between team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and understand their needs Team Management and Team Leadership skills to inspire and guide the telesales team towards achieving their goals Sales experience and the ability to implement effective sales strategies for maximum results Proven experience as a Telesales Team Leader in the Training Sector is mandatory Proficiency in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
