About this Role We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Delivery Project Manager to lead large-scale, customer-facing projects for Vodafone’s Enterprise clients. This role involves managing complex, multi-party teams and delivering bespoke ICT solutions across multiple countries. You will ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality standards while aligning with Vodafone’s governance and best practice methodologies.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise customer projects with contract values up to €10 million annually.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable plans and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Establish governance controls, budgets, resource plans, and risk strategies.
- Manage project dependencies, risks, and issues throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to Vodafone’s best practice methodologies and processes.
- Support transition into live service and mitigate operational risks.
- Align project outputs with programme objectives and manage scope changes.
- Occasionally manage pre-sales activities, including RFP responses and opportunity pricing.
- Produce stakeholder maps, communication plans, and quality assurance reports.
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and lessons learned documentation.
Who you are
- Minimum 4 years’ experience managing complex ICT projects end-to-end.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills with ability to influence at senior levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including confident presentations.
- Must have C1-Level German proficiency.
- Professional certifications: Prince2 Practitioner, PMP or PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist.
- Hands-on experience with delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build high-performing teams
