We are looking for a result-oriented Procurement Specialist to join Maghazi Dream. The primary focus of this role is to handle technical sourcing for our Unified Communication projects (PBX, VoIP, IP Phones, etc.). You will play a vital role in our sales cycle by securing the best prices from vendors to ensure our proposals are competitive and profitable.

Working Conditions

• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Days: Sunday to Thursday.

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Identify and evaluate local and international suppliers for IT and UC hardware.
• Pricing & Negotiation: Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules to achieve maximum cost savings for upcoming tenders and sales deals.
• Tender Support: Work closely with the Sales Team to provide accurate cost estimations and availability for PBX, VoIP, and Networking equipment.
• Order Tracking: Manage the full procurement cycle, from issuing Purchase Orders (POs) to ensuring items are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends and price fluctuations in the IT/Telecommunications sector.

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in IT Procurement or Purchasing.
• Language: Excellent command of English (essential for dealing with international vendors).
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of IT hardware, networking, or VoIP products is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Attributes: A "hunter" mindset—someone who can find the best deals and alternative sourcing options quickly.
