We are seeking a Senior System Analyst who will also act as a Product Owner for one of our digital products. This role is primarily focused on system analysis, system design, and professional requirements documentation, including System Requirements Specifications (SRS) and Business / Product Requirements Documents (BRD/PRD).

In parallel, the role will carry select Product Owner responsibilities, ensuring the assigned digital product delivers business value while remaining technically sound, scalable, and well-documented. The successful candidate will serve as a key bridge between business, product, and engineering, translating product vision and business needs into clear, structured, and UML-driven system specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

System Analysis & Design (Primary Focus)

• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and validation for digital systems and products.
• Produce and maintain high-quality SRS, BRD, and PRD in accordance with industry standards.
• Translate business and product needs into clear, testable functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Design and document system behavior using UML (use case, sequence, activity, and component diagrams) and BPMN.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and system improvement assessments.
• Ensure requirements traceability across the SDLC and alignment with architecture, integration, and security standards.
   

Product Owner Responsibilities 

• Act as Product Owner for an assigned digital product, owning feature definition and requirement clarity.
• Define and prioritize product features, epics, and user stories based on business value and system constraints.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and support UAT to ensure product and system requirements are met.
