Job Details

  • Provide technical support for end users, systems, networks, email, and applications.
  • Act as the primary contact for ERP, HRMS, and POS L1 application support.
  • Maintain IT infrastructure across offices and stores, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with distributed teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to align IT services with business needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of tickets, incidents, and service requests in the ITSM system.
  • Track and manage IT assets, SLAs, and service delivery compliance.
  • Analyze recurring incidents and recommend preventive solutions.
  • Participate in service performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
