- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience 3-7 years
- years of experience in MEP tendering or general tendering.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for pricing and reporting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD .
- Strong analytical and costing skills with high attention to detail.
- Preferably with experience in Saudi market pricing and suppliers.
Review design documents, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with MEP specifications and project requirements.Develop technical & commercial proposals in compliance with the appropriate engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instructions, etc.Review and monitor contracts.Prepare technical submittals for necessary approvals and licenses related to MEP systems.Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems.Prepare quotations for mechanical systems and their related components.Follow up on the performance of awarded contracts.Coordinate with the Procurement Department to collect information about market prices for suppliers, subcontractors, and equipment based on previously executed projects.Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for all direct items, accurately calculate indirect costs, and prepare the final top sheet for tender submission.
