- Sell retail products, goods, and services to proper customers to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customers to find what they want by having sufficient knowledge of all products offered and their features to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Build strong relationships with customers to develop long-term customer loyalty.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives in the store to provide the customers with the highest level of quality.
- Follow up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
- Follow up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our System tools
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
· Maintain and update regular client correspondence.
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing, and social media programmers, and activities over digital platforms.
- Review customers' concerns, needs, and preferences to create a smooth and seamless transactional process for buying products online.
Skills
What will you need?
Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Sales, BA, or any relevant discipline.

o 1-2 years in the E-Commerce or Retail Field.
