About the Role

We are seeking a Art Director to shape and elevate the visual quality of LikeCard’s social media and performance-driven marketing campaigns. This role is designed for a highly experienced, hands-on creative with strong conceptual thinking, advanced visual judgment, and a deep understanding of digital platforms. The ideal candidate is fluent in using AI-powered creative tools as a core part of their workflow to enhance ideation, speed, and creative effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the visual concepting and hands-on design of high-impact, conversion-focused creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Develop and execute creative assets for both paid and organic campaigns, aligned with performance and brand objectives
  • Translate marketing briefs and campaign strategies into clear visual concepts and compelling creative executions
  • Ensure strong brand consistency while continuously evolving visual styles and creative approaches
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align creative output with business and performance goals
  • Actively use AI-powered creative tools for ideation, concept exploration, image generation, variation testing, and production efficiency
  • Review and refine creative work to maintain a high standard of visual quality and effectiveness
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging creative formats

RequirementsRequirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design or art direction
  • Strong portfolio showcasing concept-driven work, social media campaigns, and performance marketing creatives
  • Advanced visual judgment with a strong foundation in branding, typography, layout, and color theory
  • High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proven experience using AI-powered creative tools as part of the design and ideation process
  • Ability to think strategically while remaining fully hands-on in execution
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Basic English proficiency

  • 3D design, motion design, or animation experience

  • Experience working within marketing teams or creative agencies
