We’re Hiring – Senior HR Generalist Location: Cairo Company: El-Aggar Group Companies About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our HR team and play a key role in managing and developing HR operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in core HR functions, with a solid background in industrial or manufacturing environments, and the ability to work independently while supporting business needs. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. • Oversee attendance, leaves, and discipline records. • Prepare and review monthly payroll in coordination with finance, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Handle social insurance files, contracts, and all governmental procedures. • Lead recruitment activities end-to-end (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring). • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and internal HR policies. • Follow up on probation periods, performance appraisals, and training plans. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files and HR databases. • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and insights for management when required. • Support HR process improvement and standardization initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field. • 4–7 years of solid HR experience (manufacturing/industrial background is a must).• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, payroll, and social insurance processes.• Excellent command of Excel and HR systems.• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.• Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
