Role Overview
The Training & Development Lead will be responsible for leading QHSSE PLATFORM’s corporate training operations across Egypt and the GCC. This includes managing the end-to-end training process — from program design, client engagement, and trainer coordination to post-delivery evaluation. The role focuses on B2B customers in QHSE, engineering, and professional services, ensuring that all programs meet international standards and client expectations.
The ideal candidate is based in Cairo, fluent in English, and possesses strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Corporate Training Operations
Lead and manage all training programs for corporate clients in Egypt and the GCC. Plan and execute accredited and non-accredited courses (ISO, NFPA, HSE, ESG, etc.). Ensure smooth coordination between trainers, clients, and internal teams for program delivery. Supervise registration, logistics, certification, and feedback collection.
2. Business Development & Client Engagement
Identify new training opportunities with existing and potential B2B clients. Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored training solutions. Support pre-sales efforts by preparing technical and financial proposals for training projects. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Analytical & Quality Control
Analyze training outcomes, participant evaluations, and ROI reports. Ensure continuous improvement in course design, materials, and delivery. Benchmark training programs against local and international standards.
4. Coordination & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to promote courses through Linked In and email campaigns. Work with the operations and technology departments to integrate VR/AR training and LMS-based learning. Ensure CRM updates for all training activities, leads, and client interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Education, or Occupational Safety.3+ years of experience in B2B training, HSE, or professional development services. Strong knowledge of QHSE, ISO standards, and accredited training frameworks. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Professional Fluency). Strong analytical and organizational skills. Must be based in Cairo with flexibility for occasional regional travel. Familiarity with VR/AR and LMS platforms is an advantage.
