Responsibilities:
Compensation• Conduct regular salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.• Prepare compensation proposals for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers.• Support annual performance and salary review cycles, including data analysis and reporting.• Maintain accurate compensation data within HRIS systems. Benefits• Administer employee benefits programs (medical, life insurance, allowances, retirement plans, etc.).• Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and vendors to manage renewals and resolve employee issues.• Communicate benefits programs clearly to employees and support onboarding sessions. Compliance & Reporting• Ensure all compensation and benefits practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.• Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for management decision-making.• Support internal and external audits related to payroll, benefits, and HR compliance. Employee Support• Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and policy interpretation.• Provide guidance to managers on compensation decisions and best practices
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 2–4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.• Familiarity with HRIS systems.• Excellent communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving abilities.
