Sales Account Manager | B2B | Real Estate & Digital Marketing Looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in B2B sales and a passion for building strong client relationships, particularly within the real estate and digital marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell technology-enabled advertising and digital solutions to new real estate brokerages Identify client needs through a consultative sales approach and propose tailored solutions Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships Forecast sales targets with accuracy and consistency Record sales activities, pipelines, and opportunities using Odoo CRMCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality client delivery Prepare business proposals, ROI analysis, and comparative reports for clients Actively hunt for new business opportunities and decision-makers Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience Experience in direct sales and new business acquisition Background in digital marketing, software, or technology sales is a plus Real estate brokerage industry knowledge is an advantage Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Highly organized with excellent time management abilities Bachelor’s degree is required Owning a car is preferred
