We’re Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – Retail (Uper Egypt)

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Retail sales operations across Uper Egypt Governorates, drive market growth, and build a high-performing sales team.


Your Mission:

You will drive sales performance, increase market share, strengthen brand presence, and ensure the company becomes a market leader in your region in terms of revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.


What You Will Do:

Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with business goals.
Achieve sales targets according to company policies.
Analyze sales performance, forecast results, and identify growth opportunities.
Build, lead, coach, and motivate a strong sales team.
Handle challenges proactively and provide effective solutions.
Evaluate team performance regularly (monthly, quarterly, annually).


Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Retail / FMCG sales, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree is required (MBA is a plus).
Owns a private car.
Willing to travel across Uper Egypt governorates.
