Role Overview The Team Leader is responsible for managing daily operations, leading team performance, and ensuring service delivery meets quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. This role acts as a key link between agents and management while supporting business and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational KPIs (quality, productivity, SLA, CSAT) Supervise daily activities, schedules, and process adherence Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support Handle escalations and ensure proper resolution Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, IT, and HRTrack and report team performance metrics Identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience2–3 years of experience in a Team Leader or supervisory role (CX environment preferred) Strong knowledge of customer operations and CRM tools Proficiency in MS Office Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Relevant certifications are a plus
