Role Description This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for occasional remote work. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their testing equipment needs, and offering tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales activities, providing product demonstrations, training clients on product use, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relations. Collaboration with team members and principals to ensure product knowledge remains up-to-date is also essential.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving targets Experience in Training clients or team members on product and service knowledge Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team Proficiency in English (written and verbal); fluency in Arabic is highly desirable Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field Prior experience in technical equipment or a similar industry is a strong advantage
