Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell auto loan products to individual customers • Generate leads through showrooms, dealers, referrals, and field activities • Explain financing options, interest rates, and repayment plans clearly to customers • Collect and review required customer documents and ensure completeness • Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth approvals • Follow up with customers until loan disbursement is completed • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly • Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealers and partners

✅ Requirements • 2–5 years of experience in auto loans, retail banking, or financial sales • Strong understanding of auto finance products and credit basics • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) • Experience with banks or financial institutions is a strong plus
