Job Purpose:The Technical Office Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution tracking, and technical coordination of all operational projects (long-term and fast-track) delivered by QHSSE PLATFORM across the region. This role ensures the alignment of technical delivery with client expectations, internal teams, and strategic objectives. The manager also acts as a key driver in improving project performance, resource efficiency, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:1. Project Oversight & Technical Supervision Oversee the execution of consultancy, training, and technical projects across all service lines (HSE, ESG, Fire Protection, ISO, Digital Transformation). Ensure adherence to project timelines, scopes, and quality standards across Egypt, UAE, KSA, and other territories. Develop and monitor project execution plans and ensure compliance with client requirements and regulatory frameworks. Coordinate kickoff, mid-project reviews, and closure activities with internal teams and clients.2. Operational Planning & Resource Allocation Allocate consultants and internal technical staff to projects based on scope, availability, and capability. Monitor workloads, project timelines, and ensure timely adjustments to mitigate delays or risks. Support in preparing and reviewing technical proposals and aligning scopes of work with presales and BD teams.3. Reporting & Documentation Maintain central dashboards and trackers for all projects (status, progress, issues, deadlines). Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for internal leadership and clients. Review deliverables before client submission to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with the agreed scope.4. Internal Coordination & Process Enhancement Lead internal project coordination meetings across departments (consulting, training, presales, R&D, marketing). Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for technical deliverables. Identify areas for improvement in technical workflows and propose solutions.5. Stakeholder Interface Act as the operational focal point with key customers for technical coordination, escalation, and feedback. Liaise with external partners, freelancers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and performance. Interface with technology and innovation departments to integrate tools (e.g. LMS, VR, AI, Safety Management Platforms) into project delivery. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, HSE, or a relevant technical field. Minimum 5–7 years of experience in managing regional or multi-location technical/consulting projects. Strong background in HSE, ESG, or ISO consultancy is a plus. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in English and Arabic.
