We are looking for a precision-driven Maintenance & Installation Engineer to join our technical team. You will be the technical face of our company, managing the full lifecycle of advanced metal-forming machinery—from the moment it arrives at a client site through its years of peak operation. This role combines hands-on electrical engineering with high-level diagnostic troubleshooting and client relations.
Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning: Lead the end-to-end setup of new CNC machines, including leveling, electrical wiring, and integration with factory systems.
Electrical Maintenance & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical faults involving PLCs, Servo Motors, Drives, and Control Circuits.
Diagnostics: Utilize advanced tools and CNC software to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Preventive & Predictive Care: Execute scheduled maintenance plans and system calibrations to maximize machine uptime and longevity.
Client Training: Conduct instructional sessions for client operators on machine safety, handling, and basic maintenance.
Reporting: Maintain rigorous documentation of repairs, parts used, and commissioning logs for management and foreign suppliers.
