We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist with strong experience in Personnel & Payroll to handle all operational HR tasks efficiently and ensure compliance.
Your Role:
???? Manage all personnel operations including hiring files, contracts, resignations, warnings, and attendance
???? Prepare and validate payroll accurately and timely
???? Handle social insurance and labor office procedures
???? Ensure full compliance with labor law and company policies
???? Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
???? Prepare HR operational reports and support audits
Requirements:
✅ 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Personnel & Payroll
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
✅ Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations
✅ High attention to detail and confidentiality
✅ Good English and communication skills
