Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Travel Sales Consultant. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers with travel planning, creating tailored travel packages, managing reservations, and coordinating complete travel arrangements. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining client satisfaction are central to this role.
Qualifications Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and planning travel arrangements Expertise in Customer Service and handling client interactions Skills in creating and managing Reservations Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in travel booking systems is an advantage Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is preferred
