Job Summary
Namaa Global is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our client’s e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing women’s fashion collections, creating patterns, and developing designs from concept to final production
Key Responsibilities
Create women’s fashion designs aligned with brand identity and market trends Develop patterns (pattern making) for new designs Draw fashion models using hand sketches or digital design tools Prepare design concepts, mood boards, and technical sketches Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility Follow up on samples and make required adjustments Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, and customer preferences in the e-commerce market
Requirements
Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector Strong skills in pattern making Ability to sketch designs manually and/or using design software Experience in women’s wear design Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Experience with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO, or similar) Knowledge of fabrics, fittings, and garment construction
