Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a fluent English-speaking Call Center Agent, based in Cairo, Egypt, with the flexibility to work partially from home. The primary responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing detailed information about products or services, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The agent will work closely with colleagues and use various tools to achieve service excellence and meet performance goals.

Qualifications

Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers and address their needs Proficiency in English is a must Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for addressing customer concerns effectively Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a hybrid workflow Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an advantage Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred but not required
