Role: Tele-sales team lead Type: full-Time

We are looking for a highly motivated, multitasking, and supportive team player with a strong background in managing individuals and driving sales performance at AGCO Properties a leading Dubai-based real estate company specialized in selling and leasing luxury properties across the UAE. The ideal candidate will take ownership of leading the tele-sales Team, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality client interactions in the Dubai Market.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Monitor The Leads Upon the CRM system on Daily, weekly and monthly basis . Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share & revenue and Identify new business opportunities Supervise day-to-day sales operations, property presentations, and contract negotiations ,New listing . Track team performance and prepare sales reports for management. Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Tele-sales sales or Real estate , with at least 1-3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills and Multi-Tasking skills . Strong client relationship management abilities. High command of English (spoken and written).
