Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role as a Sales Insurance Professional based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. Primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing client relationships, presenting insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves consulting with customers to understand their insurance needs, developing tailored proposals, and maintaining regulatory and compliance standards. Collaboration with the broader sales and support teams to ensure exceptional service is also essential.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage Understanding of basic Finance concepts and the ability to guide clients in making informed decisions Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships Proven experience in consulting and a results-oriented approach to sales Proficiency in relevant software tools and/or CRM systems Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
