Job Summary
The Growth & Outreach Executive will support business expansion for System Integration services and technology products by generating qualified leads, executing outreach campaigns, and conducting market research. The role requires strong analytical abilities, a target-driven approach, and the capacity to collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and nurture B2B leads for System Integration services, IT solutions, Saa S offerings, and technology products. Conduct market and industry research to identify clients, trends, and emerging growth opportunities. Develop and execute outreach strategies using Linked In, email campaigns, CRM workflows, and direct contact. Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline within the CRM system. Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to support client acquisition and revenue objectives. Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and analyze outreach effectiveness. Participate in planning and executing growth-oriented projects and business initiatives. Apply growth‑hacking methods to increase reach, lead volume, and conversion potential.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Lead Generation, Outreach, or Growth roles within Software, IT Services, System Integration, Saa S, or technology products (mandatory). Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and lead-generation tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator. Knowledge of Odoo ERP is an advantage. Target-oriented mindset with the ability to support or achieve revenue-driven goals. Project management skills to coordinate tasks, collaborate with teams, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with technology industries and System Integration markets is a strong advantage. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work fully onsite in Fifth Settlement.
