This role requires a proven hunter to identify new business, manage end-to-end export operations, and ensure compliance with international pharmaceutical trade regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic, hands-on professional skilled in negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and complex logistics.

Brand Representation: Represent Zeta Pharma at international trade shows and exhibitions. Contracting & Legal Coordination: Manage new customer contracting processes in collaboration with the legal department, ensuring complete documentation. Global Liaison: Coordinate effectively with overseas distributors, customs authorities, and regulatory bodies. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to set annual export targets, budgets, and growth plans for both existing and new markets. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on international trade regulations and pharmaceutical industry standards, ensuring full compliance with export controls and licensing requirements. Export Operations: Oversee the end-to-end export process—from order receipt to product delivery—ensuring accuracy in shipping documentation, invoices, customs declarations, and letters of credit. Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with internal teams (legal, regulatory, supply chain, production, finance) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations.

Solid knowledge of logistics, export operations, compliance, and basic financial/legal principles. Fluency in English (additional languages a plus). Proficient in Linked In, Sales Navigator; familiar with AI platforms (e.g., Chat GPT, Bard). Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities. Knowledgeable about Zeta’s vision, values, and product portfolio. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or international trade (pharma export experience is a plus). Willingness to travel internationally
