Job Purpose: 

The Senior Finance Manager provides strategic financial leadership to ensure the long-term stability and profitability of Konzept. You will oversee all financial planning, risk management, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly rolling forecasts based on the 2026 exhibition calendar.
• Financial Modeling: Create scenarios to assess the feasibility of new projects, equipment investments, or international expansions.
• Cash Flow Management: Oversee the company’s liquidity, ensuring that peak-season operational costs (shipping, site builds) are covered without disrupting cash flow.
• Investment Analysis: Provide data-driven recommendations on capital expenditures 
• Capital Allocation: Manage the company’s liquidity and credit lines to ensure the 2026 Roadmap is fully funded without compromising operational stability.
• Profitability Optimization: Analyze project margins across different exhibition sectors to steer the Sales team toward high-yield opportunities.

Governance, Procurement & Compliance

• Internal Controls: Design and implement robust internal audit processes to prevent waste and ensure financial transparency.
• Legal & Tax Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with Egyptian Tax Laws (VAT, Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax).

Operational Excellence & Team Leadership

• Departmental Management: Provide mentorship and direction to the Finance Manager (handling daily accounting) and the Junior Business Support (handling departmental admin and filing).
• Reporting: Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to the Executive Directors, highlighting variances in and performance against KPIs.
