  • Develop and manage detailed BIM models for mechanical systems in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems within multidisciplinary BIM environments.
  • Coordinate and resolve clashes using BIM software, ensuring constructability and compliance with design intent.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports derived from BIM models.
  • Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in project meetings, providing technical input and BIM expertise to support design and construction teams.
  • Perform quality assurance and quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the development of BIM execution plans and contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on BIM processes and software tools.
  • Stay updated with emerging BIM technologies and industry trends to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
