Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Senior Customer Service Specialist. In this role, you will handle inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, managing incoming inquiries through various channels, resolving complaints, and working collaboratively with internal teams to improve service quality and elevate customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in ensuring consistent and high-quality customer support aligned with company values.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in Customer Experience enhancement and managing customer interactions Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective communication with customers Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work under pressure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous experience in social entertainment or internet industries is an advantage Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages.
