Role Description The ERP Trainer is a full-time on-site role based in Abbas El-Akkad, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. The role involves Implementing, Installing, and training the customers on our ERP software. The trainer will also provide ongoing support to address queries, adapt training programs based on client needs, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications Full understanding of ERP systems with strong technical proficiency (2 years+ experience) Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
