Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Sales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, promoting and selling products, providing outstanding customer service, and keeping current with medical trends and market developments. The individual will also carry out product demonstrations and assist clients in understanding the benefits of our dermatology solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in Medical Sales with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining professional relationships Background knowledge or education in Medicine or Pharmacy, with an understanding of skincare or dermatology being advantageous Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to excel in a dynamic work environment Bachelor's degree in a related field and prior experience in medical sales is preferred Proficiency in spoken and written English and Arabic Promote and sell dermatology / cosmetic products to dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals Execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets Conduct product presentations and medical detailing Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback Ensure proper product availability and visibility in assigned territory Submit regular sales reports and forecasts Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Medicine, or related field1 – 2+ years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative (Dermatology or Cosmetics preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory High level of professionalism and ethical selling Valid driving license (if applicable) What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Medical insurance Career growth and continuous training Opportunity to work with a growing dermatology / cosmetics brand
