We Are Hiring – HR Specialist We are seeking a qualified HR Specialist to join our team in Tanta. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience and will be responsible for managing all HR functions and ensuring efficient HR operations. Key Responsibilities:Handle the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding) Manage personnel affairs, employee files, contracts, and HR documentation Follow up on attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and employee benefits Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Manage performance evaluations and employee relations Identify training needs and coordinate training and development activities Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Specialist or similar role Strong knowledge of all HR functions Good understanding of labor law Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities????
