What You’ll Do:
Organize and manage daily production with maximum efficiency. Train, support, and supervise plant staff across shifts. Monitor concrete quality, production schedules, and on-site deliveries. Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, and lab teams to ensure smooth operations. Engage with clients to ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.0-1 Years of Experience in ready mix concrete industry. Very Good English Language is required.
