Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Customer Service Representative based in Cairo, Egypt, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The selected candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, ensure high customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications, assisting customers with their needs, and effectively representing the company’s services and values.

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction Proven ability to enhance Customer Experience and build strong customer relationships Excellent communication skills in English, equivalent to C1 level or higher Problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently Proficiency in using customer communication tools and CRM systems Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a hybrid work environment Previous experience in a call center or BPO environment is an advantage
