Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to provide both technical and functional support for the CRM system used by agents, sales teams, and customer support staff. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, particularly within real estate CRM environments, and will play a key role in optimizing CRM usage and performance.

Key Responsibilities•Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for the Salesforce CRM platform.•Support CRM users including sales agents, sales teams, and customer support staff.•Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports.•Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user-reported problems.•Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve CRM processes.•Support integrations with other systems and third-party applications.•Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.•Ensure data quality, system performance, and user adoption.

Requirements•2–3 years of experience in a CRM support or Salesforce-related role.•Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom apps).•Experience with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce for Real Estate, community apps).•Strong understanding of CRM processes related to sales and customer support.•Ability to provide both functional and basic technical support.•Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
