Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist/Pharmacy Assistant in H&F's Cairo location. Responsibilities include accurately processing prescriptions, managing inventory, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining phone communication with patients. The role requires attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a customer-first approach to ensure the best pharmacy care experience for our community.
Qualifications • Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and skincare products. Strong knowledge and experience in handling prescriptions and pharmacy operations. Proficiency in customer service and exceptional phone etiquette to provide efficient and empathetic support to patients. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
