We are Techno Tast factory, one of the leading Flavor factories in Egypt, Looking For: " Personnel Specialist"
Role Description Fully responsible for employee transportation company coordination and submitting weekly reports. Handling all dealings with governmental authorities (Labor Office, Social Insurance Offices, etc.). Issuing and managing medical insurance cards for employees. Opening and managing bank accounts for employees. Following up on payroll variables, overtime calculations, and related adjustments. Updating, maintaining, and reviewing employee personnel files on a regular basis. Preparing all required HR personnel statistics and reports. Following up on social insurance procedures in coordination with company representatives. Updating and maintaining job titles in accordance with company structure and legal requirements. Ensuring payment of all governmental dues, including:Emergency Aid Fund Cultural, Social, and Service Funds1% emergency fund Managing and following up on new Social Insurance compensations, such as:Sick leave compensations Applying and enforcing all forms related to the new internal bylaws, ensuring strict compliance without any exceptions. Implementing the Internal Work Regulations in full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law No. 14 of 2025. Qualifications Proficiency in Personnel Management Strong Communication and interpersonal skills 2 to 5 years of experience in Personnel Affairs. Strong knowledge of Social Insurance, Labor Office procedures, and Egyptian Labor Law No. 14 of 2025. Good command of English Excellent Excel skills Preferably a resident of 6th of October City. Organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
